Refund & Cancellation Policy

At sachinthakur.in, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our users, whether you are enrolling in our online classes or hiring us for web and graphic design services. We understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

A. Online Classes & Courses

You may cancel your enrollment in an online class or course. To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Cancellations made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

B. Web Development & Graphic Design Services

For freelance service contracts, cancellations must be communicated via email. If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance paid. If the project has already commenced, we will calculate the refund based on the volume of work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any completed milestones that have been approved are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy & Timeframe

We have a strict 7-day refund policy to ensure fair practice:

  • Refund Request Window: All valid refund requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of the transaction.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Account, UPI) within 7 working days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the 7-day processing timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Please note that certain items and services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registration fees and third-party web hosting fees purchased on your behalf.
  • Third-party premium plugins, themes, or software licenses bought for your specific project.
  • Online courses that have been more than 30% completed or where downloadable materials have been accessed/downloaded.
  • Completed and delivered graphic design assets (e.g., YouTube thumbnails, logos) that have been approved by you.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please send an email to our support team with your Order ID / Invoice Number, the email address used for the transaction, and the reason for the request. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
